Description

Okeidokie. I'm nervous of how she turned out.
I have a pic of her without her background in my scraps.

Leme know! I plan to do many more like this.
I'm trying to show more extreme anatomy in my paintings....and trying to work on improving my background styles and such. I'm over all happy with how she turned out. a few flaws but ah well..

This of this as " Burn the Witch" kinda thing!

Enjoy.

Uh oh, it seems that someone has pissed off either a mob of angry witchburners, or a tribe of amazons or something.
That being said, your title and your theme work well here. You've conveyed a good sense of the scene, will someone rescue her? Will she break free? Etc. Sort of a hopeless epic scene.

The biggest issues I see here are in anatomy. The upper body is posed on way, the torso is doing something on it's own, and the legs (the left in particular) are kinda doing their own thing too. Her hips are at an angle that's kind of unnatural. The left knee and lower leg are to small compared the thigh.
Is this manga? If so I wont comment on the eye size, though they seem kind of high up. The right elbow is almost to pointy, and her breasts are a little lopsided. The ears and tail are really close to the tone used for her hair, yellow might not have been your best choice.

You could use a few more highlights too.

I love the movement quality of the fire, you've got some neat brushstrokes going on, it adds excitement and peril to the scenerio.

Overall um, it's a cool idea, and I gather from looking into your gallery that this is an older piece, so obviosuly your drawing skills have improved since then. It might be cool to try this one again in a couple months and compare the two side by side.
